Buena Vista Dog Park

The Buena Vista Dog Park is the best! Located by the Valley Zoo and across the river from Hawrelak Park. there are so many ways to travel through this park it is impossible for your little fur ball to get bored.

Buena Vista Park has a lot to offer. Giant open areas to play fetch. long grass for the dogs to run through and chase each other. Long paved trails that are tree lined and easy on the feet. off those paved trails are lots of well-worn man-made trails to explore the park more. If that isn't enough there are lots of smaller narrow trails if you like seclusion and peace and quiet.

Finally, there are a few opportunities for you and your best friend to get close to the water so that your dog can have a little swim. The best spot for this is the main area by the bridge that crosses from Hawrelak Park to Buena Vista that many dogs use to play fetch in the river with their owners.
