Mill Creek Ravine

Mill Creek Ravine is an off-leash dog Park. The trail stretches from 68 avenue (Argyll park) all the way to 82 ave (Mill Creek Pool).  The entire lower section of the park is off leash with paved paths above that are not off leash. There is about a 100m stretch while crossing 76 ave that you will need to leash your fur ball.

In the summer the nice thing about this park is that on a hot summer day, the trees provide ample shade. There is also plenty of shallow running water for your dog to cool down and grab a drink.

In the winter the ravine offers great protection from the wind but the unpaved path can be a little slippery since it doesn't get cleared by the city.

in the spring the path is well shaded and can take longer for the snow to melt and dry up so bring grippy shoes for the ice and rubber boots for the mud.  

To take a quick break of of 76 ave in the Ritchie Market there is a cool coffee shop that is dog friendly to stop and get drinks.
